Need help with your order?

A small number of people have reported difficulty purchasing their memberships online. It helps us greatly if you can do so, so here are a few pointers to help you navigate the ordering and payment process.

On the Membership page, adjust the number of memberships if necessary, then press the ‘Add to Cart’ button.

Now click on the little shopping trolley icon (usually at the top right) or click here to begin the checkout process. You can also adjust the number of memberships here, then click Checkout to continue.

In Step 1 you enter your email address. We send your order confirmation to this address, with an order number which you’ll use to pick up your membership card, so make sure you provide a valid address. Click Continue.

In Step 2 you provide an address and optional phone number. Your address should match the credit/debit card that you intend to use. Click the big yellow ‘Pay with PayPal’ button and a secure PayPal window should pop up.

(If the popup doesn't come up, you may see a black screen with Click to Continue. If you get stuck here, perhaps try again with a different computer or a different browser, or check that your browser allows popups.)

Note that you do not need a PayPal account for this, though PayPal likes to offer you plenty of opportunities to create one! If you don’t have an account, the option you want is ‘Pay with Debit or Credit Card’ or ‘Checkout as Guest’.

PayPal asks for your email address or mobile number. Again, it's important to get this right as this is where PayPal will send your payment receipt. Then click either ‘Next’ (if using your PayPal account) or ‘Pay with Debit or Credit Card’ (if not) and complete the purchase.

You should receive two messages: an email from us (subject “Frome Film Club: Order Confirmed #nnnnn”) and a PayPal receipt.
